As One Church is currently led by a church planting team. This team consists of Joe Kuepfer and Jonny Sommers. Church decisions are faciliated by leadership, prayerfully made by membership in consultation with an independent advisory committee. In the future, we plan to have an ordination, where those on the church planting team, or others from the membership, will be ordained.
